Cambridge University Press has published the second edition of The Picaresque Novel in Western Literature originally published in 2015.
This volume is edited by J. A. Garrido Ardila, Researcher in Spaanse taal en cultuur, and includes chapters written by scholars from Europe and the US on picaresque fiction in Spain, England, France, Germany, Russia and Latin America and on some of the best picaresque novels. Professor Shelley Godsland from Spaanse taal en cultuur also has a chapter in the edited work.
